...son good now. still wants doe had child by ivf and donor sperm in 1994. ex wife told me and child say your good byes now as wont be seeing other again, as I was not his really father, so the child now knows I m not his really father she than stormed of saying dont want your money, this was 6 years ago. haven nt seen them again. I feel if she has taken all my father rights away from me by telling the child. we was both told when we had the donor spem that we both, was not aloud to tell the child and we both agreed. I cant remeber if we signed any thing. now she is on my back for csa money,she has also moved away and change all her phone numbers. I have been paying or the debits off we had. please can you help me.

She is morally wrong but medically right ! I bet when the child grows up and understands, he will come back to you.

If you are the legal father, she can't just take your child and not leave any contact information. As for the doctor saying that you can't tell the child about it being donor sperm is not right. There isn't a doctor that would say that, however that was probably an agreement between the two of you. She can take you to court for Child support all she wants, but you still get to see your child.

If you are in the U.S. and you were married at the time of the live birth, you are the LEGAL father.So, again, why didn't you file for visitation/custody?
