What is the bigger sin... divorce or killing the spouse? I think if you have really exhausted all attempts at keeping the marriage together and it isn't working... get out fast. The more time you stay miserable, the more time you are cheating yourself in the long run. It really isn't fair to either one of you.

If the life with yr partner is a hell, you have 2 options...1- if you have child(ren), you must stand this hell for the sake of yr kids..2- if not, try to give her or him another chance and ask some of yr best friends of both of you, to reconcile, if the hell start to go out, it is great, but if it enlarges day by day, the divorce (which is a very cruel word) may be the last solution...think over and over..good luck

divorce itself is not a sin...but divorce can lead to sin....ppl who remarry before their ex-spouse dies commit adultery...which is a sin......besides...divorce is not part of God's plan....God only allowed it because His ppl were stubborn...God's plan was that marriage should be lasting up to the death of either partner...

Sin? There is no sin. That's a religious schtick. If you want a divorce get the damned thing. There is no god to judge you...never was, is not now...or ever will be.

Going biblically a divorce is a sin just to divorce because you are not happly---The only way divorce isn't a sin is when you or spouse are caught having sexually act (fornication) with someone else or your spouse dies-----If the couple isn't happy, maybe they can seek counselling, go on a marriage retreat or something on those lines----
