Can you go back to being friends after you had bad sex twice?

We know eachother for 10 yrs and have been seeing eachother a couple of times a year in a foreign country where he is a famous kickboxer and i a succesful business woman. We liked eachother a lot but we agreeded not to have sex as that just wasnt an issue.But as the heat got out of control we had sex in his hotelroom 2x,ratherbad so spec he felt very uncomfortable .At first talking seemed to ease things but lately i just cant reach him , he even stopped replying to my mails where i ask him how he feels ,i start to believe he is a stranger but i still love him like a friend, what do I SAY to make him feel better as i dont want to make it worse?

give him a little time to get over it. dont bug him too much or he might think that you like him as more than a friend. and when you do start talking just tell him you want to act like nothing happened

say and do nothing. let him come to terms with what had just happened and he will "come back ".give him space.

Tell him you love him as a friend and always wanted it to be that way. Apologise for having sex with him. Say you just got carried away and you'd never have done it if you thought it would endanger your friendship.

Sex with a good friend rarely turns out well, as odd as that seems. I've been in a simular situation and while it was akward for sometimes but eventually we totally moved past it. Just tell him that you guys are such good friends and the sex was proof for both of you that friends is where you should stay. Let him know how much you love his friendship and then just drop it for awhile. Have fun and be friends!

tell the truth, nothing its better than that. no matter how hard it is, at the end, thats gonna be the best for you and him.
