ok,i got a friend..lets us call her R.she is kinda very sensitive person..so do i..and everytime we have some arguement,it just me who that saying "Ok R,I am sorry..i noe i am wrong" although that problem caused by her.And its me who hurted inside and she never noe that.She is a great friend and she is really nice to me..u noe..she is funky,'crazy',funny,nice and always there when i need help or assistent.but...i cant stand it...i feel that i am useless and it just..aaarrgghh!!!we are going to school together every morning and we will both mute when we are arguing although we are cycling together...help me people..help me to face with this problem because its hurt and hard to say sorry all the time although it is not our fault!!thanks..

Sounds like you definitely need this person to RESPECT you.
How about it! Practice not apologizing when you feel in your heart of hearts that you were not wrong. You know apologizing & saying Im sorry can become a habit. I know. I use to be like that. It eroded my sef-esteem. Happily better now though! Try it.
