Do we have Mental Telepathy?

We at most use 5% of the brain.
Is it not possible we have other abilities as well like mental telepathy..mind over mater...not just 6 senses but maybe a dozen.
but due to the way we have been educated we have shut this away and forgot how to use it.

Your 5% figure is 100% wrong.No, there is no mental telephathy.You've vastly over estimated the powers of the human brain.
