i've tried using YouTube, but they don't have the episodes i'm looking for. and google video is soooo slow.pleeeaaaasssseeee help me

I usually watch my anime on Veoh.com. It's a great site that is fairly new, but you can even download the videos and all of them are in super-high quality. If your computer can handle bigger files, then I highly recommend it. It all depends on what anime you want to watch though, but it never hurts to try.
