I am watching the episode "TOW the 100th" and at one point Monica tells Chandler "don't do the dance" what dance is she talking about and what is an episode he did the dance in?

I re watched recently season 3 and in episode "the one with the morning after" chandler does a really silly dance.i don't know if this is the one dance you are referring to, but....
