hire an actor to walk up to them and ask for thier number or to romance them and see if they take the bait, tell them your not feling well and if they could take the day off to tend to you I don't know drawing a blank

Well, listen to your heart. The fact that you are asking questions indicates that you have deep doubts. There is no need to "test" love. Love is something that just is regardless of who and what you are.
