It's impossible to tell from the information you gave why women don't like to dance with you. Common possibilities are:
- you pull on their arms instead of leading
- you forgot to use deodorant
- you're doing the helicopter movement with your hands all the time and making her do that too.

Stay away from cologne. Some people may be allergic to it, some don't want to smell like your cologne by the end of the dance.

they dont hate, if it was the case you would not get excuses, but slaps...
If you like dancing, go get some lessons, may be you really dont know how to dance salsa,
and when you really master your art, get on that dance floor and move tat #**!
Ohhh! one last tip, try using Colognes....
