How can my cousin become an actor?

My cousin lives in the midwest and is curious how to get into acting he is already done local theatre and all but wants to go big how can he? Is willing to go out of state.

Then out of state is the best option here. There's pretty fierce competition in the big places, and if he isn't used to the cutthroat practices in Hollywood, I suggest applying for a good acting school first. Get some connections, search online for job offers, and pump up an impressive resumÃ©. Being talented doesn't hurt. Working hard & getting tough skin is pretty much a given.Hope I'll see him on the screen or stage soon!
