...night live's celebrity jeopardy? and when he talked, every word he said in a differant pitch and tone...does he sound crazy like that when he talks?

Not at all, he has a very low voice, and he is very shy/nervous when he talks. He is quite quiet when speaking and he talks in his regular low voice.However he does sing like that. He has an incredible vocal range that he shows off in many of his songs, going from high falsettos to a low bass voice. Thats what Jimmy Fallon was imitating in that skit.
