No. it won't. Just don't pause the game for a long time because TVs doesn't have screen savers, especially with LCD TVs.

some of those plasma tvs can get a permanent mark on them if there is an image constantly on the screen, like the watermark of the network at the bottom right, or a HUD from a videogame, but thats only from a long sitting.
