Kryesore Building in the final scene of "The Departed"?
Does anyone know what/where the gold domed building in the final scene of The Departed was? Its clear that Damon is in a different apartment (maybe in another country?) than he previously resided and I am trying to understand the purpose (if any) of the apartment number 711.

Basically I'm wondering what that building was. Thanks!
