Fergie: Big Girls Don't Cry...I like a lot of Avril's songs and I don't like many of Fergie's...but this song I really like! It's finally not about sex or being a slut or anything.

Fergie - Big Girs Don't Cry I think is better because Avril Lavigne - Girlfriend isn't that good. It just doesn't sound good.

Personally, with NO DOUBT I'd say fergie's Big girls dont cry. Why? Because the lyrics to fergie's song are much more meaningful then Avril's about being some boys girlfriend. Although the song is catchy I've also heard on Entertainment News that she didn't exactly write the song herself. She copied it from another old song and is now being sued. Fergie came out with that song and it blew me away. I always knew she had the potential to write something like that. =D

ohhh, definatly Avril Lavigne's Song Girlfriend.fergie is just retared.but the girlfriend remix with lil mama, they have just went too far. that is a really wrong combination.

I personally like both songs but Girlfriend is so over played and it's started to annoy me so i totally pick Big Girls Don't Cry

I would normally choose Avril for her good lyrics because i never saw into Fergie's previous songs, but this time definatly Fergie.'Big girls don't cry' has more meaning then 'Girlfriend'. It's funny though, it's as if they changed their personnality since Avril has been known for writing and singing meaningful songs.
