NeverSay Never Again is not considered part of the James Bond movie series produced by Albert Broccolli, who holds the rights to produce Ian Fleming's novels. Someone else produced it. Hence no "007" opening sequence and no "Q" either. The official Bond movie in 1983 was Octopussy with Roger Moore.

if it's not an official JB movie, why is it included in the official series - eg if you bought the whole set of movies it would be in there
