I will be attending UW Parkside this fall in pursuit of a bachelor's degree in fine art, and possibly a teaching certification. I know that there are education grants and sponsorships available to studying teachers, but I am unable to locate them. Being white, middle class, and having been an average student, I do not qualify for a whole lot of scholarship money, (thank you Bush administration.) Some kind of non-repayable financial assistance would be excellent, but as fore-mentioned, I must not know where to find it. Any answers or simple words of wisdom would be excellent. Thank you.
