Programs and Classes for 2 year old in San Francisco Bay Area?

I am looking for some good classes or programs to enroll my son in. He is 2 years old. I am interested in classes like KinderGym, Art or music classes etc. Parent participation classes would be best. I am not looking for day care. Just a couple of classes to get him socialized that dont cost a fortune. I live in the East Bay.
