ESL/EFL textbook for teenager?

I'm teaching a 15-year-old EFL student in Japan. I would say her level of English is somewhere between low and intermediate.

Can anyone recommend a good textbook or textbook series? One that emphasizes conversational English would be ideal. Currently I use the "Let's Go" series for kids, and the "New Interchange" series for adults, but I need something inbetween.
