The report considers establishing new laptop services at TUJ: (1) Laptop renting and (2) Laptop purchasing. This study evaluated the feasibility of these using the same criteria: student demand, system advantages and disadvantages, equipment needs and costs, and location possibilities.

At this point, we do not recommend establishing laptops for student program because of low students’ willingness pay, high minimum renting costs, storage limitation, and shortage of technical staff. However, there is a possibility of establishing it in near future since the enrollment to TUJ and the TUJ student number is rapidly increasing. A recommended alternative is to go with current renting system, and increase the available laptop numbers for this system.
