| I had done this once but I reset my computer and router so all of it is gone. Now when I try to connect my Xbox to my computer the Windows Media Connect on the Xbox gives me an error saying: "Your console didn't obtain an IP address from your DHCP server." How exactally do I fix this? When I check my firewall's log it doesn't show that it blocked anything, but the Windows Media Connect installer on my computer keeps saying it's blocking it. I temporarily turned it off and the installer then said that it couldn't find a Media Extender. So I'm pretty sure it's the DHCP IP problem. I can still connect/download/play to and from Xbox LIVE. So...any help? --- Firewall: Comodo Firewall Pro Router: Netgear WNR834B OS: Win XP MCE Sp.2 If you don't know the answer don't put: "...", or "I don't know".
