Where can I find a site that downloads videos off sites like YouTube?

I am looking for a particular site that I had once used, but I've lost the link. It's a site like KeepVid, but it converts the file to whatever you want automatically. I found that particular site looking through videos that were on how to download videos off the internet. If anyone knows of a site that can take a video off a site and convert it, then save it to your computer, please give me the link!! But i also know a program that can download youtube videos and convert it to mpeg format... the one you can play with itunes... i sugest getting itunes also so you can play it on your computer or laptop (whatever you use...) ok then... that's the intro of it. now click this --> http://www.dvdvideosoft.com/guides/d...-MP4-video.htm then read the steps that are posted there. so you know how to use it. it's simple. then download it! and run it.
