Tell me...Do I detect a Credit Card Scam or am I just being silly?

I try maintain my ex's PC regulary but recently she allowed a stranger to "Clean Out & Update her PC. This guy was literally a stranger just walking past her house asking people if they needed thier PC fixed. Well here's my concern. While doing whatever he did to it he did ask if she makes Credit Card Purchases over the internet and used the excuse that she needed a firewall if she was doing so. After hearing this my RED FLAGS went up and thought maybe he was fishing for some credit card info. What do you think? By the way she does in fact purchase goods on line all the time.

Stranger walking around asking to fix people's computers should have been the FIRST RED FLAG!

Do you walk around asking if people's yards need mowing? or their car needs washing?

She definitely needs to check her credit report soon, and then check again every so often.

I have her get her cards replaced ... just in case.
Better safe than sorry.
& tell her to not be SO trusting.
