Server Hardware for a Apache Reverse Proxy?

What type of hardware would I need to run an Apache Reverse Proxy on Windows Server 2003 with SSL connections from both the client to the reverse proxy and SSL connections to the backend application servers?

This will be for 5000 users with probably no more than 20% on at a time to an SAP HR Portal.

CPU? RAM? Hard Drive?
