I need help getting rid of an infostealer spybot.?

I found an infostealer spybot in my computer just yesterday. I've tried every way to get rid of it using Norton, but it's still there D: . I've also tried searching for answers but that still didn't work because some of them just doesn't fit with my program. I also don't want to risk downloading any programs that might do even more damage to my computer. I'd really appreciate it if someone could tell me of some simple and quick ways I can get rid of the virus completely.

Download SpyBoot Search and Destroy. look out not to clean microsoft cookies that might make same programs not to work, To make sure you clean run both programs ( norton, spy boot serch and destroy)when windows is in safe mode.----F8 when windows boots up. if you dont see anything in safe mode you clean. if it still remans there repeat the two proceses several times while remaing in safe mode. If it is so stabern say bye, bye to windows ----uninstall it and reinstall it again. simple. good luck
