how to put keylogger engine into a image file?

i have a keylogger engine created by a keylogger.
Is there any way of embedding it into a image,so that when someone opens the image,the engine will install itself.

Just like steganography,but i want to encrypt a exe file into a image file,and it must autorun on opening the image
