 How do I solve this MS Access problem? I would like to create a switchboard in MS Access that allows me to specify multiple criteria through a dropdown box and then subsequently display the output. For example I would like to specify "fruits" from a list of sets and "red" from a list of colors to give an output like apple, . It seems to me like the MS Access switchboard can only display a single form output upon the user clicking a button. Can any expert out there point me in the correct direction? Thanks!

| I'm not an expert in MS Access....the reason being that MS excel pivot tables are much easier to deal with in my opinion. Email me from my 360 page if you'd like instructions on how to create a pivot table. It does exactly what you need done.
