i have 2 computers both running xp with usb ports and 3 modems:
BT home hub
BT voyager 2091 wireless ADSL router
Thomson speedtouch 330 (came with talktalk)

each one can connect each computer to the internet on thier own, but whenever i connect the other computer using another modem, they disconnect themselves. ive wired them up with the filters each on thier own, then used a splitter for each wired connection, but they still will not connect.

i noticed that both BT modems are wireless as well and was wondering about connecting one computer to the internet connected modem using the wireless feature on the other modem, but i ain't a clue how to work wireless and have no software with the voyager, only the drivers.

so i was wondering if anyone can give me a step by step guide on how to resolve this problem?
also i am on BT broadband (comes with the home hub)

The MODEMS are conflicting. Use one MODEM and a wireless router/switch and you should connect OK.

well first off you would need is a router and one modem.
if the modem is wireless then all you need is that modem and no router, then all you need to do is run a hardwire to connect the second one or buy a wireless ethernet pci card. having two modem's is your problem.
as for software on one modem, visit website for firmware updates.
