How to add customs buttons to Front Page interactive buttons library?

 How to add customs buttons to Front Page interactive buttons library? I've tried to paste some buttons in this folder: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Templates\BUTTONS But they don't show up in the scroll down in the interactive buttons drop down menu. I've also found the buttons in that folder and modified them in photoshop but still, it doesn't work... Where and how can I add my own buttons or modify the existing ones in front page 2003?
