Okay i play games on steam.
I am having problem about my latency. Its pretty weird because when i play in the morning, I get to play with low latency, lowest is about 15-20's latencies on servers(i own a server, and i get 15-20's latency), but when it comes to getting dark outside(night time) my latency shoots up to 56-70's( so does my server, i get about 70's). I tried rebooting/unplugging my router and my cable box and put it back on after a few minutes many times but it just doesnt help at all. I use a netgear router, using an ethernet cable to it. And also, i dnt think someone is using the connection but me. Because i can tell if someone is using the connection besides me. The router blinks if someone using its wireless connection. Can someone help me?

This last one requires some work. Use both of them to set up your computer's best network sitting. If it does not work dont blame me I only have experience with servers in linux.
