 Saving/Investing in order to pay for medical school.? My husband is planning to go to medical school. We have about $15,000 in savings and a school fund that has about $11,000. It's his sophomore year in college (he started a little late) and we have scholarships and other funds (not the school fund or our savings) to pay for his next 3 years in school. I will graduate with a bachelor degree in business in May 2008 and will at that time be working full-time and saving money for medical school (we both work part-time now and save about $1,000 per month). 1. How much is medical school? 2. How can I invest/save so we don't have to take out loans (if possible or so we dont' have to take out as many loans)?
