...lost wages, without looking greedy? I was hit by a car last summer and now my auto company is giving me a hard time. They are saying that my injurys are not from the accident. I know they are from being hit by a car. Im sort of at a loss here. I needed to be hospilized and im still under a docotors care aswell still going to Physical therapy . Im not looking for a free handout or trying to rip off the auto company.

Insurance companies are in business to get rich, the less they pay to anyone, the richer they get.They are experts in dealing with all the people you rarely deal with.Use your doctors, not theirs. I say Rip them off. Every insurance company I've ever seen rips all of us off.So what handout, we pay high amounts and when something happens they always come up with an excuse of why they can't and won't pay. I'd go for the gold, as much as I could get. And if you're having therepy and you don't know how long that will last, don't sign a thing till all is done and over. And I'd even ask your doctor if it is something that would reoccur through the rest of your life. And you're darn right I would get compensated for it. Sorry, that's just how I feel. I'm a good person, but I get tired of being taken to the cleaners. And if there is something I can do, you'd better believe i'm gonna do it.
