 how do freezing ones paypal account works? what will happen if i sold an item on ebay and they paid me through paypal and the transaction was cleared and i got the money, but a few days later paypal freezes my account cause the buyer is using stolen cc, and they have to freeze my account... what if i dont have enough money on my bank? will they still take some credits away or just close my paypal account? how do this works? will my bank itself freeze my bank account?
