| By returning whatever it was you bought and paying off your credit card. Either way, you HAVE to pay it, it's what you spent.

| If you can, get another credit card!I am not joking. If you are able to get one with a low interest rate(sometimes under 4%) on balance tranfers, do this. You then transfer the $3000 from your current card, to the new one.Cut up your old card! (do use it again).Once you have the balance on the new card at a low rate, it will be much easier to pay off. More of the money you spend will go towards the principal, not the interest and you will be out of debt much sooner.

| There are a few ways you might do this.If you get an offer from another company with a really low interest for bal. transfer you could do that. Or you could call the company & ask for a lower rate(good luck). Now if you are behind on your bills you could consider a debt consolidation but that will probably cost also. If you can get a very low interest rate from your bank or fixed rate equity loan on your house you could do that. If none of these work then cut your spending and pay the regular payment & then an extra amount between due dates to cut the interest. I would have advised against cancelling your card as it will be hard to get another to build your credit. If you get another one put it in the ice tray for emergency use. If you have to thaw it out you will probably think 2ce about using it. Good rule of thumb is if you can't pay in full at the end of the month then you can't afford to charge it & probably don't need whatever the item is.

| Sorry but you cannot get out of it, you will have to pay it back. Try getting a low interest loan at a bank. Credit cards are bad news...I paid mine off 4 yrs ago and will NEVER have another one. Good luck!
