Credit card debt: Will she be arrested if she tries to re-enter the US?

Hi. My friend has credit card debt amounts to about 15000 dollars in 3 cards. She cannot pay it off.She lost his job, his immigrant visa expired and she had to move back to his home country.- Will she be arrested at the port of entry if he tries to re-enter the US?She is a nice gal, but things just take a wrong turn in your life. You never know what hit you.PLEASE !!!! Is anyone working with a collection agency? Can I have some concrete answers?Thanks !!

for so long as there is no warrant issued for her detention, she will have no problems at the point of entry. her credit records may suffer a blow and she may not get any easy credits from now on. she may be getting collection letters and may be sued but for it to be a criminal act, its a long shot.
