| Hi. My friend has credit card debt amounts to about 15000 dollars in 3 cards. She cannot pay it off.She lost his job, his immigrant visa expired and she had to move back to his home country.- Will she be arrested at the port of entry if he tries to re-enter the US?She is a nice gal, but things just take a wrong turn in your life. You never know what hit you.PLEASE !!!! Is anyone working with a collection agency? Can I have some concrete answers? Thanks !!

| for so long as there is no warrant issued for her detention, she will have no problems at the point of entry. her credit records may suffer a blow and she may not get any easy credits from now on. she may be getting collection letters and may be sued but for it to be a criminal act, its a long shot.
