Kryesore Contractors L&I Taxes Questions?
I just found out that if a sub contractor is working for your business only you HAVE to pay Employee L&I taxes for them... Does anyone knows any loop holes in that matter? or ways to avoid it? because as far as i know sub contractor are seperate businesses why should we pay L&I taxes for them? They are not emloyees. Thanks for your help
