 Chapter 13 and foreclosure?
We recently filed bankruptcy to save our home and we have a meeting with the creditors tommorrow. The court was suppose to have done the paperwork to have the money come out of my husband check before it gets into the account (he is military). It has been 30 days and it hasn't gone thru.
The court doesn't seem to have a clue why and with the holidays we can't get a hold of the military finance to try and get this straight.
Our lawyer said if we don't have a payment made with in the first 30 days we will lose the house. Tommorrow is the deadline...anyone knows what may happen? We don't have enough money to make a full payment.
