Where can I find some very creamy glittery eyeshadow in bright colours for a party!?

Rimmel has some glitter eyeshadow pencils. I'm not sure what you mean by bright colors, but their glitter pencils are very sparkly and are pretty, and they're not expensive. (At least, that's true here in US.) But for real bright colors with glitter, my go-to has always been Hard Candy. Their glitter eyeshadow actually has a cream base of nude or black, with glitter to tap on top. I think it's better to pay a little extra for eye glitter because cheap glitter can be damaging if you get it in your eye. I don't know any drugstore brands that make them in *bright* colors, though. i used to do this all the time when on a night out, firstly buy a thick eyeshadow usually the cheap ones aimed at young girls (prob get on local market) or make up stall and apply to the eye, then buy the little pots of glitter seperate (that cost about a pound) and apply over the eyeshadow with a cotton bud. as the eyeshadow is thick the glitter will stick to it!! its best to get a silver eyeshadow as any colour glitter can be added over the top as bright as you want.p.s prob best to do your skin make up after the eyes if possible as the glitter tends to get everywhere when applying it so give your face a wipe down then apply foundation.good luck
