 Wavy hair an Perms? I'm a guy and i want a perm to straighten my hair, i wanted to know 2 things, how much does a permanent perm cost in ontario/brampton/mississauga and if i perm my hair permanentley, would another set of hair grow out wavy or would it be str8? my hair is short,wavy and thin btw
