It hurts a lot! You have to keep it very clean and take really good care of it. Having a piercing can erode the enamel off of the back of your teeth. I suggest you speak to your dentist about the health of your teeth beforehand!

they're right.. it looks trashy..but i absolutely LOVE mine..it feels so nice and i feel strange without it in..and my bf loves it..so if you can handle what your friends think.. go for it.
