Lemon juice will help. She can soak her feet in water for about 10 minutes - then cut a lemon in half and rub it on the soles of her feet. Let the juice soak in and then soak feet again, repeat again if necessary.

use a pumice stone to scrape off the tough layers of skin on the soles of feet. This is where the dark brown usually accumulates.Also try putting a little bleach in with water and soak feet in it, then use pumice stone.Massage feet with regular lotion, and avoid spraying bottoms of feet with tanning solution.
