Looking for the perfect foundation for my skin type - help?!?

My skin isn't oily much, though once in a blue it can be. I don't have acne, just a couple pimples here & there. I have extremely sensitive skin. It needs lots of moisture! Lots! I have undercircles which I'd like the foundation cover for the most part. I need something that won't cause me to break out.Any ideasssssssssssssss?Please help & thanks!
