 I want to dye my hair? i am 13 and i want to dye the tips of my hair black. i have natural redish brown hair to begin with. i am planning to get my hair layered. i don't know how to ask my mom because i've always been kind of conservative and she is super conservative. i'm afraid she won't take me seriously and treat me like a little kid. i get As in school and don't have any social issues so she has no reason to. i don't get in trouble. please some advice???
