i need to know what i can do to make my hair better?

i have curly hair and i know its weird to hear a guy talk about his hair but i cant take it anymore. im hispanic and i have curly hair but i dont like it like that >.< i want to have nice easy going hair that i could perk up like rock n roll guys or like anime characters, hair that moves with the wind. what can i do to get it like that?i was also wondering, what things can i use to make my hair grow faster?

go to the salon and get it relaxed/straightened. its not weird for a guy to talk about it...you're human and care about how you look and what you like. if you're afraid of running into someone at the salon that you might know, just go to a neighboring or farther city. buena suerte!
