I am going to get a tatto with my birthdate on it. should i get more?

Don't get tattoos!!! When you're older, the tattoos will fade, and you might change your mind. If not, try getting an adorably small one on your lower belly. It'll look cute when you wear a bathing suit!

if you really desperate for your birthday tattoo, then maybe you should do some thorough research first on different tattoo designs because tattoo removal is hugely painful. you don't really wanna regret your choice of tattoo design later. why don't you shortlist a few designs and show us so that we can do the choosing for you? ;-)
