| i am pretty in shape...but i kno that when im in the house i over eat...even when im full i just keep eating. HOW DO I STOP THIS please helpp me!

| Most thirst is mistaken for hunger. If you drink lots of water everyday, you won't feel the need to eat as soon as you get home. I had the same problem; a snack after school would consist of eating for an hour or two. Also, posting pictures of obese people (or skinny people) on the refrigerator might help. After-school activities or a job to go to right away wouldn't give you the option of going (or staying) home to eat. If you "close" the kitchen after a certain time, that would help; put a chair in the kitchen doorway to remind you that it's not open for business. If you carry around some snacks during the day to eat, that will also keep your blood sugar up so you don't scarf when you get home. If you only have fruits and vegetables and healthy food in the house, it won't matter that you over-eat. If worse comes to worse, just get yourself out of the house and away from the food source. If you find yourself in the middle of a binge, get some ice water (ice to speed up your metabolism and water to fill you up), and drink a full glass or two. Really spicy foods also speed up your metabolism, and the more muscle you have, the better. Exercising in the morning right after you get up can speed up the rate at which you burn calories all day! But it's best that you not binge at all, because it's hard on the kidneys and liver.Hope this helped.

| -dont have 3 big meals per day. have 4 or 5 small ones. this will keep your sugar levels up, and so you don't get hungry.-have a drink before every meal. but more importantly- -have an apple before every meal. it really fills you up!!-lay off the carbs and gorge on fruit. i hate veg but lurvv fruit.

| the only thing that i can tell you that you have to do it on your own and lay off the sweets because if you do that then you will cut a lot of cal. well what i do is run a lot but i also work out 4 to 5 hours a day blut you don't want to start out like that so an hour a day would be good and then just eat little by little try to not get as mush food as you do and never go back for seconds that a big no no. but you can also make sure that you eat 3 meals a day because if you skip one you can gane more weight like that so just do what you think is best and rememder stay aways from the suger and drink a lot of water Best Wishes Dezeray
