Yes, it's quite a permanent decision, wait unti you are at least sixteen, eighteen most ideal age.

kind of up to your parents at this point.....but i'm more for piercings than tattoos at your age...at least the piercing can be taken out and the hole close if you don't like it.

No, Im 13 and I got mine pierced right after i turned 13. Its not a big deal.

I don't think its to young for a belly button piercing as long as your parents agree. As far as anything pierced on the face I am against until you are on your own and can pay for it yourself. I got my daughters belly pierced for her, made sure that it was done professionally, the right way. I remember when I was her age and was getting my ears pierced and at a later age when I got my nose pierced by friends. Anything that is pierced needs to be done clean and professionally! If you are under 18, with your parents consent.

Belly rings are ok when your 16 AT LEAST 16..... And nose rings stand for a lot of different things look them up. don't tag your reinterpretations with something you don't want, and also don't do it anyways because it hurts a lot!!!

Yes it is too young. I do not think at that age you know what you really want. My sister got hers done at 18 and ended up taking it out. Now she is pregnant nine years later and still has the scard from the belly ring and it looks horrible.
