| I dont know anything about fish oil, but i do know that proactiv is a product that clears you skin, like if you have pimples or bad acne.

| Dunno what Fish Oil is..But Proative dosen't work..Your skin get's immuned to it, so you can only use them once, the second time It dosen't work..But the First Time it worked great, It worked in like 2 days.
