Clothing question?

Where I live we have a ross clothing store. Everything is just kinda mixed in together. I bought a shirt and the brand is Teenie Weenies. Its a really cute shirt, but kinda flares at the bottom. Does anyone know if teenie weenie clothing is maternity? I found it in the juinor section, but I don't want to wear it if its maternity. I'm not pregnant and I don't want others to think that I am.

Ross and Marshall's is a store where manufactures put their wares that have slight visual defects and are not good enough to be in their retail chain store but are close.
