 Can I get a tattoo? Should I? I'm 15 (male), I'm not entirely sure if in the US I have to be 16 or 18 to get a tattoo. By that I mean walk into a tattoo parlor and just get one with no questions. Also, if I was to get one soon or in the far future, where do you think I should? I think it should be visible but low profile (so not like a full arm or back design) like a symbol on my neck or upper arm. I'm an artist so I would design my own tattoo...
