Try Asolo or Vasque. They are very good quality boots. You should look for a pair that has one piece of leather that connects behind your ankle, that way there are no seams to let water, etc. in. A good pair may set you back 250 dollars or more. Sometimes you can find a good bargain. I recommend rei.com or zappos.com. I have a pair of Asolos that I have worn until the soles wore off, and now I am going to get them repaired and wear the new soles off.
